“I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up.
I sent an email to the property.
Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help.
We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded.”

“This hotel was better than I expected. We stopped there on the way to a Royal Caribbean cruise and was very happy with the hotel. No phone in the room, but WiFi, TV, hot and cold water, nice Aircon, nice bed, no usb outlets so bring your own charger, there are regular two prong outlets. If you are bringing a laptop, bring a 3 prong adaptor.”

“Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming! There was some construction on the property but that didn’t interfere with our trip other than seeing a bit of equipment and a small work area. “Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.”

“A very nice and very new hotel located on a beautiful and lively beach. It has comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. In addition it has a restaurant about 100 meters away which serves a decent breakfast and very tasteful dishes at night. I had the delicious langostinos with the ajillo sauce, but the caribeños sauce which I also tasted was terrific as well. The very friendly and helpful owner Eduardo is a good host and he speaks English almost fluently.”
