“The cabin was nice and well equipped but the driveway was impossible to get up. Not sure we would have been able to get up the driveway in better circumstances, but it was a complete sheet of ice and one person in our party got stuck halfway up in a jeep. We had to park at the bottom on a sheet of ice, which someone slipped on, and bring our stuff up the 5 mins hike it took (I timed it) with our luggage. This should have been communicated before our stay, but it was not.”

“This was a very unique and comfortable property. The arrival condition was superb, and all the advertised amenities were spot on. We particularly appreciated the pre-arrival communications and thorough property instructions, and had no questions as to how to operate the appliances and features. “Beautiful property and view. Gives the secluded feeling, yet close enough to town for anything you may want or need. Two separate driveways, so very convenient for multiple vehicles. Hot tub was great, fire pit was nice even though we didn't make a fire due to current NC burn ban. Wonderful family getaway.”

“My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully.
