“We had a great 10 day stay. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook. The check in and check out instructions were concise and easy to follow. We enjoyed the cool mountain air in July. This was our 5th visit to Sugar Mountain and definitely this would be at the top on our list to stay in again. The hosts did a great job remodeling this condo. Everything is new and fresh. A plus for us was the Chargepoint EV charger which worked perfectly for our Tesla.”

“This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay during the Carolina Gravity Series downhill mountain bike race. The location was right on the ski trails near the base and we could see the racers from the balcony. Our racers could go straight from the condo to the lift/trails so we didn't have to wait at the base while they practiced and prepared for their race.The unit was very nicely decorated and well stocked. “Very nice property. We had a great stay with no issues. The description of the property was accurate. The only thing is the property isn't walkable for everyone to downtown. It's definitely close enough. It's just the very steep hill you have to navigate that makes it not walkable to all guests.”

The rental was very clean and updated and had everything that we needed; even a sound machine for sleeping at night!
