“Nice cozy and werm get away night with friends ... agent are very helpfull in responding in requests. This is my first time booking thru this way without front desk, i even have to ask the visitor how to unlock the room door because there is no press bottom on ther room door. The room temperature is very high when we got there and have to request to reduce. Not sure you needed to request your desired room temperature before you go otherwise everything is goods, they got everything you needed. ”

“We loved that it was so close to the Grandfather Mountain HIghland Games. The Condo was located just above a peaceful creek. We did not miss having AC. We opened the windows and the unit had screens. We also used the ceiling fans and the portable fan in the bedroom. It was the perfect size for two people. We would love to return and stay longer.”

“There wasn’t much that we enjoyed about this unit. The overwhelming mildew smell set all of our allergies into a spiral. There was layers of dust everywhere, broken blinds, out of date furniture and uncomfortable beds. We literally spent every day away so we didn’t have to spend extra time there. Please give this unit attention, update it and check for black mold.”

“We rent the place for 6 days and when we arrived the first night, after 12 hours of driving, the cleaning was not done. We didn’t have any clean bedding or towels. I called Vacasa and they told us someone will be there in 1 hour. 3 hours later, still no cleaning. We slept there the first night, and when we woke up, we realized they canceled our stay. I called them again, and went to see the office manager who told me someone else booked the place for the same day!! But they cancelled them and……
