“The stay was for my niece because she was stranded in Puerto Rico due to flight cancelations. They needed a room until their flight leaves tonight at 11:30 pm. Their check-in was at 3pm however they were able to check-in earlier. The staff was very courteous & accommodating. I was very grayedul they did. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly.
