I wish I could give more than five stars to this extraordinary hotel. From the moment I arrived I was treated like family by representatives Ana and Veronica. My bright, clean accommodation was apartment-sized, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom with large shower, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kitchen… Plus thoughtful treats left in the room daily by staff. After checking in I took a two-hour city tour led by Ana that was as good as the guided tours I booked throughout my vacation. And the price is amazing for value. I can’t wait to return to this house that feels like a home.

The location was perfect for us as it was near to many attractions, amenities. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials equipments and plates/utensils to prepare your meals. The staff are always friendly and caring to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Willstay here again.

The property was located right in the heart of Pink Street. It had great amenities, the concierge staff was helpful and attentive and the location was close to the water, restaurants and the night life. We had a great time.

Booked the House on Pink Street for a long weekend and it was such a great choice. The staff are amazing and attentive, the rooms are spacious and well designed, it was one of the most relaxed city breaks I have been on for a while. Although the property is right in the heart of pink street, I was amazed how quiet the rooms were. Me and my partner had no trouble sleeping even though it was a weekend and a very popular area for night life. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Lisbon to stay here.

We only spent one night here but we absolutely loved it and will be coming back next year for sure! The space is very beautiful, the beds (including the pull out couch) were very comfortable. Amazing hospitality from the host. Had no issue with noise even though it's in a very busy street.

Great Stay in a Great Location
A newly renovated building, the House on the Pink Street was a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, the furnishings comfortable and overall the property is of a very high standard. Pink Street is a lively, noisy place a stones throw from the TimeOut Market, but the quality of the windows and the soundproofing is very high and the street noise, whilst still audible, was not a particular issue to me personally. I would definatley consider staying here again on my next visit to Lisbon.

Comfortable space in a great location.
Located in the heart of Lisbon, ideal as a base for travel and business trips. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dining. We were also impressed with the hospitality of our host Pedro. On the other hand, being on the side of Pink Street, you can hear a little noise at night. With the earplugs they provide, we were able to have a good night's sleep. I would use this hotel again next time I travel with my wife.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und extrem sauber. Die Fenster zur Straße sind sehr gut schallisoliert, was auch wichtig ist, da es besonders am Wochenende sehr laut wird auf der Pink Street. Wem die isolierten Fenster nicht reichen, bekommt vom Hotel aber auch Ohrstöpsel, mit denen kann man dann selbst am Samstag schlafen. An allen anderen Tagen war der Lärm kein Problem. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Keine 200m entfernt ist eine Metrostation, Bus und Straßenbahnen, fahren auch direkt um die Ecke. Aber auch zu Fuß sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in 10-15 Minuten erreicht. Joana ist super lieb und über whatsapp rund um die Uhr zu erreichen, was generell die Kommunikation sehr leicht gemacht hat. Wir wurden wirklich ausgezeichnet von ihr umsorgt! Ein besonderes Highlight war auch unsere Morning Walking Tour mit Ana vom Hotel, die uns die Stadt aus ihrer Perspektive gezeigt hat und ihre Liebe zu der Stadt mit uns geteilt hat. Wir kommen jeder Zeit gerne wieder!

I stayed at this accommodation with my parents and my whole family. It was the best accommodation experience our whole family has ever had, and it even felt unreal. All the staff involved in the accommodation were very friendly, especially Joanna, who made us happy every day with lots of smiles, information as well as great service. In addition, the location of the accommodation was very good, and the rooms of the accommodation were truly fantastic. Bedding, amenities, and all other furnishings in the accommodation were luxurious and comfortable like a 5-star hotel, and there was plenty of sunlight. The accommodation had many detailed preparations that seemed to have taken into account all the inconveniences that guests might experience. For example, because there are many restaurants next door, earplugs are provided to protect against noise. (However, unlike other lodgings in good locations, the soundproofing is good and it is not noisy, so I did not use them). The number one reason why I want to visit Lisbon again would be because I want to come back to this accommodation.

Die Unterkunft und Joana als Host waren wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Das Apartment war nicht nur super sauber; sondern auch wirklich toll ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt, im Gegenteil: Jeden Tag gab es kleine Überraschungen aufs Haus mit netten Grußbotschaften. Ebenso hervorzuheben ist die Partnerschaft mit dem 5* Hotel direkt nebenan, wo wir nicht nur jeden Abend kostenlose Verkostungen; eine Free Walking Tour und freies Eis nutzen durften, sondern auch eine freie Massage sowie den Spa und Fitnessbereich nutzen konnten. Eine wirklich tolle Partnerschaft, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend
