“Generally personable staff; room service was excellent. Stayed here at various times over the years, the place has been slowly upgrading. This trip I had my dog, so was assigned a pet-friendly room on the lower floor, not facing the water. Everything was adequate, but I know that some of the upper floor rooms facing the water are nicer. No coffee maker in the room; one has to go to the lobby for coffee. A small thing, to be sure.”

“This property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The sitting area off the lobby for breakfast was surprisingly large. This hotel is in a great location for a trip on the ferry.”
