“The worst hotel experience so far! They are cheating! Booked room with 2 queen size beds, but got 2 double size beds. I took a picture of bed and showed it to front desk. The young boy insisted that they are queen size……. The breakfast is terrible. Only self-made pan cake and cereal are there. No one eats there. Google reviews are more accurate to their real condition.”

“3/5 Stars This stay was fine overall, though probably not one of my favorites from our trip. Check-in was a bit awkward. The hotel was clearly short-staffed, and getting assistance required calling the number posted at the unattended front desk and waiting for someone to arrive. Throughout the stay, I couldn't quite shake the feeling that my presence was more of a burden than anything else. Nobody was outright rude, but the hospitality just wasn't there for me. “The staff was great! The pool and spa area were awesome! The hotel is super clean! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beds are very soft, which some people love. It is pricier than other Bozeman hotels but it's right on Main St. so the location is hard to beat.”
