Reception didntbeven looked reception some part in a hallway boxes all over a desk blocking the area to make it a makeshift reception.
The staff at Reception was rudest person alive, didnt greet didnt explain anything, snatched my ID off hand put machine in front of me to charge extra, when I asked what is this for I already paid through expedia these barely spoke a word 'Security'. I asked Security of who 'you or me' then stated secority deposit if you break anything.
gave me the access card ripped off a paper wrote wifi password on it and thats it didnt explain whete to to go. I had to wait for 2 mins and then I asked ok now where should I go.
reached the room. Barely one light bulb hanging on ceiling. Tiny bed, Dirty stained bedsheet. Bathroom had 'Blackmold' all around bathtub only 1 towel.
Worst hotel. I have picture of evey single thing that was wrong and trust me i took 20 or more pics
Well second day there was no one at reception I wrote a note asking to change the bedsheet and provide/chamge towels.
Came back in the evening nothing. Bed was the same towels werent there.
No respect to clients request.
