Search and Rent Long Beach Condos

"When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. "I was very disappointed with this rental! The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The entire condo was dirty when we arrived. The floors were dusty, the kitchen appliances (including the microwave and stove) were greasy, and mirrors, TVs, and other surfaces were covered with fingerprints and smudges. It honestly didn’t look like the property had been cleaned before our check-in. I contacted host Michael immediately, and although he said he would send someone to clean, no one ever came, and we...

Was definitely easy to get around. The only “down side” was the parking was a bit tricky HOWEVER so great that it was included on our stay. And the roof top pool was the *chefs kiss* to it all!"
