"Arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday when they were hosting two major events. Needed to feed my 10 year old so went to Marketplace cafe. Despite the posted menu, we were told they were only serving one item (something my kid didn’t like) but we ordered it. Staff was surly. Second night arrived back same time. Staff was wrapping a sandwich but then told us they couldn’t serve us one because that was the “last sandwich” and wouldn’t serve us anything else. 30 min before posted time. Went to front desk, manager said “sorry we are new to this”. The Queen Mary new to passengers and hungry guests? Paid for first class over 600 for two nights. Got 3rd class steerage. Room smelled like dust, no temperature control in the room (told by front desk that none of rooms have this) and no maid service on second day. Not worth the price. All I got for going to manager was a dry piece of bread with ham and cheese. No lettuce or anything. A sandwich. For an over $500 stay. "

"Hotel was under staffed, parking attendants felt like they didn’t want to help any of the guests. The available lot is very small, so once full guests have to drive around the block to another random parking structure & walk over. Hotel could’ve had better communication as well."

"The hotel was great and the staff so friendly!! Housekeepers were awesome!! Everytime we were in the lobby we were greeted by at least three people some by name! I would definitely stay here again! "

"Overall, our experience was good. The location is great. The check in and check out was easy. The only thing that is lacking is shampoo. Other than that everything was great. Thank you."
