“Great location, close to everything we needed. The room was okay, but dated and the updates done were surface level. Our sink leaked. The breakfast restaurant is AMAZING, I'd recommend going there even if you aren't staying here. It was busy every single day but had us in and out in a timely manner. The staff did their best with a full hotel, I understand I couldn't just move rooms when my sink started leaking.”

“No fridge, no microwave, no phone to contact the front desk. Rooms were dirty, things were broken and peeling, smelled like weed and sour body odor, breakfast was a joke. No hot breakfast. Food was questionably safe. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast consisted of bananas bread and cereal. This place is not as advertised and is very poorly run and maintained. I do not recommend that anyone stay here.”

“This place is not bad, but he definitely is the bare bones of what you would need. It has a bed, a nightstand, a toilet, a shower, and a sink. There’s no dresser, no nightstand lamps. If you need somewhere to spend the night and just sleep, this will work. The place itself is not clean in appearance. The walls are kind of dirty, and it just has a general unclean appearance. "It is the Queen Mary. She is 91 years old. You are going to be staying there for the historic value, or if you are a marine/naval enthusiast. The hotel stay essentially includes admission for the length of your stay, meaning you will have basically parts of boat all to yourselves for plenty of photo opportunities. Enjoy sunrise and sunset onboard; great colours for those who chase golden hours. Check-out is at 11 AM, but they don't kick you out until they close again, or until your parking pass expires at 4 PM. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants close at 8 PM. The lounge closes at 10 PM, and last call for the kitchen was about 9:15. Plenty of water dispensers onboard. Ice machines and vending machines are also available. Rooms are obviously old, but they are clean. The ship gets cool at night from central conditioning, but they said extra blankets are available on requests. The metallic walls do let sound travel, but guests are made aware and it was quiet after 10 PM. Would definitely stay on board again. Thank you for keeping the last of her kind super ocean liner available for the public."
