“The owners were highly responsive and extremely kind—even calling me back when I had gotten lost! AND the place was beautiful and well stocked with our every need. I can’t gush enough about how wonderful the whole experience was! I can’t wait till I can stay there again on my next trip to DC!”

“I never actually went into the apartment. I did not feel comfortable staying alone. Projects are like 5 minutes away.”

“3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond……

“It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. ”

“Overall great property and host. Had an issue with the A/C host came over at 8:30 pm to check it out and put in a portable unit and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience.”

“ We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The amenities were great, the layout worked perfectly for our group, and the rooftop view was a highlight. The host was responsive and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for group stays.”
