The stay was ok for the price. The a/c seemed low. It was hot during the day till the evening. During the night it was ok.
The door from the bathroom wouldn’t close, but other than that it was a good stay for sleeping.
Amazing stay, centric, walking distance from food places, clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, thank you very much for all your accommodations we truly had an amazing stay, I would definitely stay here again next time I have a trip to Universal. The uber was super cheap because it’s so close and it’s a safe zone we were 2 girls and didn’t had any problems. Uber Eats had plenty of options too and everything arrived quickly,

It’s ok for the price staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was clean and was comfortable. Only complaints were no microwave so any food brought back can't be reheated. I couldn't find the 'Do Not Disturb' sign which was unfortunate as I don't like having room service clean my room when I'm gone. Also a the TV remote barely worked on certain angles and it was hard to find the channel or show you want to watch. Other than that the place was comfortable and I would stay again for a night or two.

It’s pretty basic place to stay for sleep, if that’s what you need around the area, will be good for you. If you are looking other amenities you will not find them, this place was good for my family trip to Universal Studios, we were very close to the amusement park, parking is a little tight, the cleaning ladies do a really good job.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a great experience! 😊
The rooms were clean, comfortable and as described. Check in and check out was easy and the young man was very nice. Parking was convenient but it is was a snug fit. Bigger vehicles might have a hard time. (We have a truck and were ok.)
The rooms are a little outdated but the beds and pillows are perfect. The bathroom is updated with a modern feel. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was great as well.
I was reluctant to stay because of some of the reviews but I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. They keep the property and rooms well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful. They even made fresh coffee that they keep in the main office for you to enjoy. Just wish there was a secondary door latch on the door for my own peace of mind. Otherwise, I was happy with our stay and it was very close to universal studios

booked this place because i wanted a cheaper option near universal studios for a weekend. it did the job. nothing fabulous. some of the lights in the room were broken, no hangers in the closet, discolored towels, mildew in the bathroom. but it was perfectly livable. just a little janky, as one should expect for the price. short ride to universal is convenient. had my car parked for 2 nights and nothing happened to it.
We loved how close it was to Universal Studios & downtown Hollywood. Also, the tub/shower had safery handles. That was a plus for us. Staff came to clean & change sheets everyday without asking..
The bed mattress was not comfortable or pillows. We had problems getting up. Sore back & stiff neck.
Staff was always available to help & friendly.
We stayed at this hotel from July 9–12, and overall we had a great experience. The area around the hotel is nice and quiet. The front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming—the three different people who helped us during our stay were all great.
The hotel offers private parking, although I'm not sure if there are enough spaces for every guest since it seemed pretty busy.
One night, some guests nearby were playing loud music, but thankfully they wrapped things up around 11:00 PM.
Our room and the bathroom were both very clean, and we were able to get a good night's sleep after spending the day exploring the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
The only real positives about this hotel are the free parking, comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, and thankfully, we didn't encounter any bugs. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end.
For the price, this property is a disappointment. The rooms are extremely outdated, worn down, and in desperate need of renovations. There wasn't even a coffee maker or basic amenities in the room.
The strangest part of our stay was checkout. This was the first hotel we've ever stayed at where we were required to wait in the lobby while a staff member inspected our room before returning our deposit. Considering how beat-up the rooms already are, I'm not sure what they were worried about us damaging!
Bottom line: If you're looking for free parking and a location close to Universal Studios, this hotel checks those two boxes. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It's simply not worth the money.
The housekeeping team does amazing. This motel does require a 100 dollar deposit during check-in, cash or card, but cash is given back the day of check out, while the card takes a little longer. They don't offer breakfast, but overall not a bad location, very close to many stores, food, Universal, etc.
