“When I first checked in and went to the room I was assigned, it was not the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. I wanted a spacious room plus a large enough bed to be able to toss and turn without pushing my boyfriend off the bed, so it had to be a king bed. The room I was given was a standard room with a queen bed. I went back to the hotel associate and explained this wasn't what I booked and definitely not what I paided for (I prepaid, the king bed w/sofa ……

“Spotless room. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Heater didn't work in room 507. I had heat set to 90 and didn't kick on 1 time. Water pressure and temp of shower was great. Very quiet. We got stranded in a snow storm and we needed a place last minute for us and our 2 children. Quick check in. I recommend this place.”
