“The Bridge is a very well-run establishment with great staff and good food.
The rooms are excellent - clean and tidy and well furnished.
The bar and dining areas are overdue re-decoration, otherwise it would be a 5-star review, but hopefully we can drum up more customers so there will be money to spend.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly work very, very hard.”

“Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldn’t be far off.

“This was my second stay at the corners over the Easter weekend.
A lovely country inn in the middle of Kingsland. I use it as a base whilst visiting friends in the village.
Clean and well maintained rooms, staff are friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast, made freshly and delicious. ”

“Just spent the evening with Edward and his family at this historic property. We had a fabulous experience throughout our stay. The room was large, clean with fabulous views. The bathroom was sumptuous with a wonderful curved bath and shower. Edward our host could not do enough for us. “We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. ”
