“The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.”

“The room is dim, gloomy and you might hard to find something, such as, if you leave something in the room and ask hotel to find it, it will not be found by anyone who work in hotel.”

“We enjoyed our 8-day stay at the Best Western Sapphire. Upon checking in, we were surprised to be asked to pay an additional fee for our 8-year-old daughter who is considered an additional adult rather than a child. Our hotel suite was very nice, fairly new, and had a view of Sun World’s Sun Hills. When we checked in, it was extremely busy due to Vietnamese Labor Day and Reunification Day (lots of tourists being bussed in and out each day) but the last few days of our stay were very quiet and we……

“Dislike: The ground of the shower room is slippery. Water was not included in dinner.”

“Great views, rooms, and buffet breakfast. Very new and clean hotel with sweet service. While they don’t officially support English, we didn’t have any problems at all. Not too much to do in the area. We went to SunWorld park and had a lot of fun. ”

“非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！”

“Muong Thanh Luxury Ha long Centre hotel was above expectations. Food was excellent. The room was spotless and beautiful Ocean view. Friendly and accommodating staffs, willing to help with a smiles. There was a young manager name Mr Ngoc that help to serve us breakfast, he was very polite and helpful. Definitely will comeback and stay here ad my hotel of choice.”
