"Hotel is very modern, new(?), and clean. The gym was small, but the most minimal/aesthetic gym I’ve seen. Has everything you need to get a good workout in while traveling. Room is clean and beautiful! Great amenities. Hotel also has a work room, conference room, and serves breakfast at a small cost. Lobby has a bar/cafe which is very convenient and hotel also offers room service. Staff are all so very kind and helpful."

"The hotel is in a really rough part of the city. Next to it an abandoned block of flats. The rooms are spacious but need a few touch ups. If you just need to sleep, it’s ok, otherwise, pick somewhere else. Staff was lovely, apart from the security guards."

"On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel. "
