“Highly recommended. Close to the Haram. ”

“Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence. I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah. Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm. Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here……

“An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. ”

“Great location modern hotel. Reception could be better manned waited longer than accepted to check in and out during Ramadan not all counters manned. Room clean with good view of Makkah housekeeping also good. Overall very good stay good amenities ”

“Avoid this place at all costs, staff members are rude and unwelcoming. The property is dirty and smelly, moreover the hotel doesn't offer shuttles on weekend and location isn't great if you want to go to the Haram. We asked the only staff who spoke English for a tips on transportation to Madinah, and he tried to dupe us with an extravagant fee. We finally found on our own how to book a mini van to Madinah. I don't recommend this place and I am even surprised Expedia is avertising such a thing, I……
