“Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.”

“My intended stay was from March 07-12, 2026 and did not relocate from the Timber Lodge until March 25, 2026 and still in Colorado Springs in the same area. Came for a mental vacation, loved it here and haven't went back to Denver.”

“MOUSE POOP ALL OVER At first it looked like a quite intimate cabin… We arrived very late very late on the first day and left very early for our adventure. When we came back there was mouse and/or rodent feces all over the room. IN THE BED, on the night stand, in the shower, on the kitchen sink… ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. When i messaged the property owner, all I got was “the cleaning person is out today”. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE!!!!”

“We arrived about 10 minutes early, and before I even had a chance to text the host, he came out to help us get into the cabin and provided us with the access codes. The cabin is in a great location, just down the street from downtown Manitou Springs and directly across from Garden of the Gods. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this place again!”
