“The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. It’s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isn’t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for……

“Incredible location, beach front and property. Service was solid across the board and the breakfast was fantastic. But what put this hotel over the top was the activities and programming. Tania was the yoga, pilates and aqua fit instructor and she was amazing. Like having our own personal trainer and so friendly. Very highly recommend!”

“The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste………

“Caldera Crete paradise was absolutely fabulous, very clean and staff were helpful and very friendly,the food was very good every evening was a different theme and so much to choose from every day. We had a fantastic time but we weren't ready to leave the place so we will return hopefully very soon.”
