"The Yellowtail Villa was perfect for our needs, especially as it offered docking for our boat. The Villa itself, an excellent location in Marathon, offering great views, is very tidy, clean, and well-equipped. Matt is a great host. He is extremely swift in responding to any questions or concerns you may have and wants to share all he knows about the area, providing us with some great restaurant recommendations.We enjoyed our much too short stay."

"I have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years. I can stay this has been the best of them all. Location was prime. The elevator made it easy getting things upstairs to the living area. The top deck provided wonderful sunset views every evening. It had everything you would need for a week long stay including plenty of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and towels. We will be back within the year and we will be staying here again when we come!"

"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. Kim was super helpful with issues we had and promptly tried to resolve anything. Overall, we loved the house, the location and had such a fantastic time. "

One of the a/c units was having trouble keeping up. So he came by and put in a temporary unit that solved the issue"

"We stay in the Keys every summer, and the Sailfish House is by far the best rental we've ever booked. The home is absolutely beautiful, incredibly well-maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. The attention to detail is unmatched — even the kitchen knives were sharpened, which seems small but speaks volumes compared to other rentals we've stayed in.Chris from maintenance was fantastic and super helpful, especially with showing us how to use the dock whips. Meredith was also amazing to work with — this is actually the second property we've rented through her, and just like the first time, she was wonderful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless.For the first time ever, we are already seriously considering booking the same home for next year. Sailfish House truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly, highly recommend!"

"We arrived by boat and were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful marina staff. The villas are conveniently located within view of our boat, making it easy to transport supplies back and forth. The area offers a true Caribbean island atmosphere—all without leaving the United States. Communication with the owner has always been excellent, with prompt and courteous responses. My family and I have stayed at this villa three times over the past four years, and each visit has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience."

"Checking in was easy. Read ahead about how to use the front door lock. Place was exactly like pictured. Location was a little tricky to find since our gps was sending us to the other side of the canal. The unit it’s on the canal corner so it was very peaceful. Would def recommend. "Our only concern was the lack of notification for the access code to the property. On the check-in email it advised that this code would be sent to me, 30 minutes before our anticipated check-in time. No code was received by text or email. When I contact VRBO via their chat app, the instructions from the online agent were confusing, but we appreciated Seth’s help.However, the property manager who I had contacted first via message on the VRBO app, did respond after a little while and advise the access code. We appreciate that a Sunday checkin is outside the normal working week hours, so we’re very appreciative of the help that was given. We wondered if the issue of not receiving the access code was due to us being from the UK and not having an American mobile phone number…? Other than that, the townhouse was exactly as advertised and our six night stay was 5 Stars from us. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you again to the property manager for coming to our rescue on a Sunday.."
