“Our stay at the Grassy Flats Resort & Beach Club was outstanding. Superb location & grounds, facilities and staff. Two great dining options, the Palm Deck outdoors casual and the Rhum House indoors, upscale and also with a great Ocean view. The Market next door was extremely convenient for breakfast, lunch option. Lastly, the "house cat" Wilma roaming the grounds is a real sweety! ”

“This property was A+. The rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities were wonderful: free use of kayaks & SUPs, beautiful pool and gorgeous beach, which is a plus in the Keys. It was the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“The unit was very clean. The deck on the water was great for watching boats passby abd wild life.we saw Manatee and small dolphins..Air conditioning was perfect. The only thing that was inconvenient was the coffee pot did not have reachable plugin for electricity. Had to move to small counter by stovetop. ”

“The worst experience I’ve had in the Florida Keys—and I visit often. I wish I could send photos of the conditions of the place. The noise from the air conditioning was infernal; we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The room was old, falling apart, and filthy. The shower was broken. The towels were dirty. In short—a disaster. I cannot download the photos.”

“I hate to say it but it was quite terrible. The lady that ran the desk was wonderful but other than that it was very disappointing. My mother in laws room, tv wouldn’t work. Our room the beds were like bowls. There was no creamer for coffee. Everything felt dirty. We were basically stuck there for 2 days because we couldn’t get a refund. ”

“The property is well estabelished and there are apparent updates, however, the mattresses were terrible and the pot smoking smell was everywhere. ”

“Dated but cute, pool dated. Driveway in poor condition and very rutted with deep potholes. Every staff member friendly and helpful. Food truck very much needed because there’s not any restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. Food good enough and not crazy expensive. Won’t be on our return list.”

“All 3 pools were beautiful, I loved the surrounding landscape. The two bedroom / 2.5 bath villa was wonderful. I loved sitting on the villas deck each morning to drink my coffee and enjoy the palm tree ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals! I would definitely recommend. ”
