“This is an "old Florida" place in a good sense. It's extremely casual, not at all fancy but well maintained and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was double beds. (David and I are spoiled.) At the end of the crushed rock driveway is tie up for a boat. It's on the shore of a shallow cove. Long on charm!”

Afternoon cookies and drinks are a nice touch the pool area is beautiful and comfortable they have a quiet swim pool as well rooms were spacious and balcony is nice couldn’t be happier with the service and stay perfect halfway stay in the keys will stay again here ”

“YES & YES— clean room, amenities & well kept property. Staff, especially Otis. More should be done to redirect, reorient unfamiliar guests from the front desk at number 1996 near the public street to the back of the property where check in and registration occurs.”

“We had a great experience at Banana Bay! The room was beautiful and clean, and we had a balcony, which was so great. The pool was large and great to swim in. Banana Bay is also very centrally located in Marathon, so it was easy and convenient to get around (including to Sombrero Beach, which is a quick 10 min bike ride or 3 minute car ride away). Concierge and staff were all so polite. All in all, a great experience!”

“Front desk staff and wait staff were great! We stayed on our way to key west and on the way back we decided to stay again. In fact as we were getting ready to leave, we couldn’t think of a reason not to stay just one more night. So we ended up staying there three nights of our five night trip. The pools were great. There was live music at the outdoor bar. The view is beautiful! Definitely will stay there again.”
