“Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat. We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed. Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.”

“Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.”

“We loved the place. We just wish we could have had a better beach area. Pool area was good. Nice big pool Breakfast was good Rooms were nice, clean and everything worked Staff was great”

“Everything was great at the resort, front desk staff was very helpful, very clean and updated property, while keeping an Old Florida feel. Large pool and natural beach. Quiet and private feel overall”

“Great location and amazing views”

“This Is an older property has been updated a little but can use some more updating. Bed was very hard & you can hear the springs every time you move. Need new bed mattresses & need new bed comforters, they look like they are from fingerhut from the 1980’s. Was clean, safe, & ok for a nights stay, but will spend a little more money for a more modern hotel next time. They actually still use keys not the modern key card like most properties now days, (goes to show how old or out dated it is).”

“Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!”

“The view of the Atlantic was beautiful. The rooms did not get cleaned some days until very late and we had to ask for more coffee and cups, as well as towels the first night. All of the staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and courteous”
