“I struggle leaving reviews but felt this was needed:This vacation rental has a lot of potential because the location is excellent. It's right in the heart of downtown in a beautiful historic building, with several great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and the silverware, dishes, and glasses didn't appear clean, so I ended up washing everything……

“The condo was clean and we felt very safe. Great location for any downtown activity.”

“The VRBO was very clean and updated. The host was great at communicating and very prompt at responding when I had questions. It would be difficult to sleep seven adults with current beds. Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes.”

“The address on the listing is not correct. I unlocked someone’s door and was told the unit was next door. I opened another persons door who told me my unit was downstairs. So although my itinerary said unit 5, I found keys for unit 3. As we were walking through, the lady from next door came and told us that unit was reserved for someone else. The host was on the phone, and tried to be very accommodating. She said she could get unit 6 ready for the next day, but after all that, we decided to……
