“O local e a acomodação são excelentes. A limpeza estava impecável, havia bons equipamentos disponíveis para uso, todos funcionando bem, o espaço é amplo, os móveis bem conservados. A localização é boa, mas precisa de carro para ir até os locais de maior concentração de restaurantes e compras (10 minutos). A vista da varanda é linda. Recomendo muito o local, de forma geral. Gostamos bastante.”

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”

“The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. The location of the hotel is also convenient for walking to the beach and nightlife. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Great option for a stay in……

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……
