“Was greeted at reception by a lovely upbeat and friendly lady, the room was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great heating. The room also had adjustable A/C which had a wonderful heating option. No faults or problems. ”

“5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to town centre, staff were average, not active enough, could be better. Room was big , but accessories could be improved”

“Everything.. staff listened and acted accordingly . Changed to lower floor when I mentioned my knees at my age was complaining about stairs. Room was tidied regularly and topped up daily. ”

“The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.”

“For the bargain price we paid (I think £57) we could not fault this hotel. Free parking and only a 17 min walk to a gig we'd booked at The Picturedrome. Comfy bed, adequate shower, lots of tea/coffee, warm.”

“The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.”
