In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. They sent an email written totally in French around 3pm the afternoon we were due to check-in providing us with the electronic building and individual room door access codes. Of course, we were driving into the city and did not see this email. Fortunately there was a phone number on the reception room door……
