“The hotel is charming. We enjoyed the spa and restaurant. The room, which had a balcony, was comfortable. The walls are rather thin, which added to the noise that we heard from the hallway. However, as the hotel is small, it was tolerable. The shower was large. There was enough staffing to allow quick service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”
“As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular
Delightful staff as well .
There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath .
We then used the sauna and steam room .

“The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.”

“no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still……
“There is so much we liked. We treated ourselves to this hotel after staying in mostly 2-3* places for our trip. And the added feature of being able to light candles in the lobby for Shabbos was lovely. However we did have a couple of issues. One is that it advertises Airport Shuttle which is the main reason we booked there. It was critical to us to have this feature. We were told it has not been available since before the war!!
Secondly there were things taken from our room and security was……
“Waited till after 4pm to check in, the room floor had some weird sticky substance on it, the air conditioner was not working till maintenance came, bathroom doors didn’t shut, and worst of all, there was loud music and someone on a microphone till 1am. So loud to the point the pillows were vibrating.
On the morning of checkout at 9am, housekeeping let themselves into the room without knocking first.
Due to the late check in because the room was not ready, the hotel staff didn't do anything to……
