“Check in was very easy and the front desk agent (Mash) was very welcoming to the hotel. He was knowledgeable and gave the hotel a far more professional look in the way he worked and communicated - by doing this he stood out from everyone else working at the hotel that night. My room was extremely clean and comfortable- very quiet too. No complaints on what is a well ran budget end motel type property- great value for money and I’d definitely return.”

" Las fotos publicadas no reflejan la realidad del hotel. El edificio es muy antiguo y está visiblemente descuidado, sin mantenimiento alguno. El personal de recepción fue poco servicial y proporcionó información incorrecta. La habitación que nos asignaron era terrible, muy diferente a lo que muestran en las imágenes. Curiosamente, vimos otra con la puerta abierta que parecía estar en mejores condiciones. Al leer opiniones de otros huéspedes, descubrimos que es común que asignen primero las peores habitaciones, y que si uno pide un cambio, a veces le dan una mejor. En nuestro caso, hacía muchísimo calor y la ventana apenas se podía abrir. Además, daba directamente al parking, por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado fácilmente. La puerta de la habitación no tenía cerrojo interior, lo que nos hizo sentir inseguros durante la noche. El baño estaba muy deteriorado, al igual que todo en la habitación: viejo, descuidado y sin mantenimiento. Nos aliviamos al saber que solo pasaríamos una noche allí. Aunque teníamos el desayuno incluido, decidimos no tomarlo. La experiencia fue francamente horrible. No lo recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia. Nos dejamos llevar por las fotos del edificio y de algunas habitaciones que parecían prometedoras, creyendo que sería uno de los mejores hoteles del viaje. Lamentablemente, fue el peor. Aunque dicen que está en el centro, no había nada abierto cerca para cenar. En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa."
