When I rang through to reception & asked if they could take our order to the bar I was told it was better to speak them personally so I took this as a no. Reception did go & speak to someone about the room service & rang us back but advised we would need to leave it at least 20 to 30 minutes before ringing again for room service this would have made it to late for us so we decided not to bother."

Unfortunately it is due to close at the end of Sept 2026 to be taken over by Premier Inn & due to open in Jan 2027. Premier Inn apparently will be charging £10 a night to park your car whilst staying at the hotel !!! I think we will look for somewhere else to stay if that is to be the case. You are paying to stay at a hotel & they want to charge you for parking your car ???"
