McClellan Residences

Small but good hotel!!

I appreciate the staff, Hampton always has great people working for them. Jordan at the front desk was especially accommodating.

Front desk both friendly and helpful, the WiFI does this thing where it times out and front desk told me how to log back in. Room was nice, bed comfy, floor had a few spots that could be shampooed, wall had a few spots but it’s typical wear and tear for a hotel that has hundreds of guests in and out all of the time. Construction in the parking lot every morning at 7am was my unneeded alarm clock as the truck backs up the safety beeping noise and the equipment they used for the parking lot... but...

I enjoyed my stay. I came down from Ontario California to stay in Sacramento and this hotel provided with an excellent location. Very close to shops and restaurants. If I go out there again I promise I will book with the Marriott.

I travel to Sacramento every month for work and I CHOOSE to stay at this hotel. I always have a great experience here but I have dealt with Liz at the front desk 2 times now and she is always so rude to me. The last time I checked out I was not greeted, acknowledged or even looked in the eyes. She was taking to another worked who was the one who actually acknowledged me and he did not work at the front seat. She was so rushed and acted as though I was bothering her. I really like this hotel and...

New property. Comfortable and warm environment. Staff was excellent. Rooms fresh and comfortable. Awesome showers!

Convenient and new hotel

It was a convenient location and the staff were patient and kind.

Have to pay for parking

All good

The staff and housekeeping was wonderful, my husband and I just had an awful experience at a different hotel ( The Lions Gate) that night. So we had to find accommodations at a different hotel. I was so grateful to have found The Double Tree, and it was close by, since we had driven 12 hours from Arizona. The night manager was so gracious and was so understanding. I will be booking with them again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn location. Rooms were clean, spacious and we'll equipped. We slept on comfortable beds and air conditioning was quiet. Front desk staff was helpful and accomodating, housekeeping on our floor were friendly. We are especially grateful to management as we had left a very personal, sentimental and valuable items in our room, they recovered them and safely secured them till our eventual return visit in two weeks. Thank you very much Veronica and...

Overall, the customer service was awesome, and the rooms were very clean.

Modern, clean and spacious. A lovely hotel. Excellent staff.

Awesome more like an apartment than a hotel- spacious 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, fridge, utensils, stove and 3 TVs! The hot tub is awesome especially when it is cold outside. Breakfast is also very good.
