“my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. There is a regular size fridge (love it) and anything you need to be able to cook meals there. The yard is safely fenced in and we had our puppy and that worked out great. “Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”

“Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. ”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! ”
