"The power was out in the city when we arrived, the staff met us at the door with flashlights to help us get checked in and took us to our rooms. They were super accommodating even with no power. Luckily that evening it finally came back on any the great service didn't stop"

"The room we stayed in had not been used in a while. The only problem with cleanliness was there were some dead bugs on the desk and dresser. I am going to say the room hadn't been used in a couple of weeks. "

"Always good a stay. Waffle didn’t work so well for breakfast but no biggie. Staff was very accommodating. Originally booked two king suites but asked to switch one room to regular so they others could be close to us. And they did it no problem. The cookies at check in time were delicious. "
