After this back-and-forth, we were eventually served, but the restaurant staff was dismissive and forced us to take our food to-go, refusing to let us eat in the dining area. It felt as though the staff was intentionally providing misleading information to finish their shift early. For a hotel chain, the lack of training and the behavior of the restaurant supervisor were unacceptable."
