“Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat……

“Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. ”

“The heat was out at the unit. The staff were responsive, although the unit was not repaired during my stay. Otherwise, everything was as I expected. I have stayed at Cape Crossing in the past and always have a good time there. I love Dolphins tiki bar and restaurant. ”

The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!”
