"The hotel has an overall scent to it walking through the lobby. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable though. Have to look elsewhere for food and the elevators should be looked at. The kids loved the arcade. "

"I booked the Tropicana for the weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday along with a massage. One week before I received a call that the spa closed and canceled our reservation. I expressed my dismay when I checked in and told the woman that Tropicana is still advertising the spa on their website but I simply got a sorry. Very disappointing. Then we were given a handicapped room which wasn’t a problem until we showered and the bathroom flooded. I called the front desk and was told it happens and the best they could do was more towels. Once again very disappointed! Upon checkout we had to wait 30 minutes just to get on elevator to leave. Overall I would think twice about staying at the Tropicana again."
