"Had a great birthday with friends and family at La ferme. Mark offered us use of the function room for my birthday night, and the facilities were superb. Everyone had a great time., and the weather was also on our side so we were able to also make use of the BBQ and the pool facilities the next day. "Nous avons passé un super week-end d'anniversaire. Le gîte est très agréable, on s'y sent de suite comme chez soi. Il est très fonctionnel, équipé pour une trentenaire de personnes. La salle attenante est parfaite pour faire la fête. Le cadre est top: un beau jardin avec vue sur le lac, la campagne environnante, les brebis.La communication avec le propriétaire est facile et il est très arrangeant.Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte!"

"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. The host cooked a delicious 3 course dinner for us with wine costing 20 euros each and there was a fully stocked bar charged at very reasonable rates. "Lovely location and quirky, characterful accommodation! It is within a friendly small village with a really good selection of restaurants. It felt as if we were experiencing the true essence of rural France whilst only a short drive from Carcassone."

"What a wonderful place!! Sam was there to welcome us and with a large, multiage family we were never short of things to do. The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. The decoration is still work in progress but this did not detract from our great trip! Thanks Samuel"

"We had a really nice time at Anne's place in Alet-les-Bains. The house is beautiful and plenty of space for us (family of five). Anne was the best host, always helpful and smiling. She even offered delicious breakfast and dinner on request. The swimmingpool and outdoor area was just perfect, so beautiful and also private. We just loved it here and will highly recommend! "
