Wow. The location was absolutely perfect. We were less than 10 minutes from all of the Baby Shower activities. The house was spacious and gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and the AC was definitely needed and worked great. Will definitely book again.

It was perfect for our stay my niece had a scholarship offer so we needed a place that could fit us all in. This place was perfect and had a good time. Also all stores were no more than 15 minutes way.

Great Place and Location
Great home, super roomie and fantastic location!! The host was so accommodating as we were there for a tournament for our grandson and we weren't certain the time he would play on Sunday. Explained to the host and was so accommodating for a later check out. The home was set up with everything needed! We enjoyed our stay and will keep this property as a favorite!! Thanks again :)

Nice but unclean
Nice size and location for our stay but all the cabinets in the kitchen and bath were dirty. The shower was clogged towels were old and tattered no hand towels. Beds we’re comfortable but linens were dingy. Dryer sounded like a train. The backyard had garbage and cigarette butts.

The house we originally booked had a problem the night before and the owner contacted me and moved us to a bigger house on the same street. Could use a little update inside but house was great! They even put up a Christmas tree and decorations. Will definatley be booking with him again.

Home is very spacious and served its purpose for our gathering. It is an older home but there are plenty of things that can be done to improve the home inexpensively. Please repair front door very hard to close. Fix rear gate will not latch. Please fix slow drain in bathroom with yellow shower curtain and remove stench of urine in bath that connects to bedrooms. Fridge strip is loose. Please vacuum all carpets thoroughly I repeatedly had thorns stick to the palms of my feet.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Spend your money elsewhere
This is the worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had. The property owner/manager puts ZERO money into the upkeep of this home. This home is right next to a middle school, so just be aware of that. Here are a few things we encountered: the refrigerator handle is missing and when you open the fridge, the seal comes off, there are multiple broken drawers and cabinet doors missing knobs or don’t completely shut, the bathroom tub is literally missing the drain cover, so the drain is a hole in the bottom of the tub, the tub doesn’t drain so you stand in 4 inches of water when showering which has created mold/mildew on the tub mat and shower curtain liner, out of 4 lights in the bathroom, only 2 had bulbs that worked, outlets are missing covers and are exposed, both outside gates are broken and don’t close, there are missing and broken fence pickets and ZERO GRASS (all dirt) so heads up if you have pets. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we checked in and the dryer was full of linens. I notified the property owner/manager about these things and his response was “Sorry. I’m aware of the needed repairs but this home has been rented for 45 days straight, and we haven’t been able to get in and make repairs.” Yet it was open and available for rent immediately after our stay (I checked) and here it is again, available for rent. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. There is no excuse for renting out a home in this condition. It’s just disgusting, greedy behavior.
