“Very cozy cottage in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, which is always very important to us. The kitchen cookware and dishware were on the basic side, but we made them work for our purposes. Our favorite part of staying here was enjoying our morning coffee on the back porch in the beautiful fall weather.”

“This was my second time staying here and both times were amazing! I love this place. Feels so much like home. Perfect location and close to everything. Very clean and management always responds promptly anytime I had a question about anything. My family loved it as well. I only wish there were TVs in the bedrooms. Looking forward to coming back soon”

“absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend! We were there for a baseball tournament that was located all over the Atlanta area so the location was perfect! 20min from the airport, close to restaurants, Whole Foods, etc! The house was beautiful..,pictures show well but it’s even better! We had 5 adults and everyone had their own “space”! The owners thought of everything! We even used the poker table and chips! Overall a great experience!!”

“First, she did not communicate check in procedures. When I got a hold of her I was informed the last person had lost the key so the door was unlocked and she would drop off the key under the mat the next day. When I arrived, a neighbor told me not to leave anything in the car as it would be stolen. When getting to the door at the back of the building, it generally felt unsafe. Upon opening the door, I found a mess and did not enter the apartment. I left and spoke with the neighbor again. She……

“Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The kitchens were well equipped with all the tools we needed for cooking meals and making cocktails. We had room to spread out and also enough parking for our group and family that stopped by to visit during our stay. Diana was very responsive to all questions. The checkin process was seamless. The beds were very comfortable. ”

“We had the most marvelous time during our stay at this home for a music festival in Atlanta. Aside from wishing I had a new knee to handle three stories of stairs, everything was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, towels clean and plentiful, kitchen well stocked and equipped with great appliances, and the location made access into town super accessible. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“Elvy was excellent in communicating directions and property details. We loved the fact that the unit is the corner, unit giving us a bit of privacy and a great view of the downtown skyline. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as the common areas. An unexpected bonus for us was the additional half bath!, coffee pods, and snack station! Thank you for that extra effort. ”

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
