the lobby had a huge leak and there were giant buckets catching the water which was splashing on the floor causing a slipping hazard. The pillows were extremely hard and caused my neck to hurt. beds were uncomfortable as well. did not sleep well both nights.

For a non-smoking motel…it smelled so bad. The smell of weed and cigarettes was horrible. Our room wasn’t ready at 3:00 check in. Only 1 towel in the bathroom. House was as advertised. Owner was accessible for any issues. Check in / check out was easy. I had an issue with a rental car and had to leave it for half a day to get picked up by the rental car company and the owner was accommodating and communicated with me about it.
