Clean and comfortable for a family stay. Nice location for exploring the Burlington VT area.

Small motel style inn, check in was easy after calling since the office was closed when we arrived. Room was very clean and had a list with wifi details and such. Beds were comfortable, it was quiet very little road noise if any at all over night. My only minor complaint is the water pressure was a bit lacking for someone with long hair. But I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Good customer service. Quick check in. Elevators did not work. Only down side

Very nice property with a lovely staff

The service was lovely, the gardens were amazing, we all enjoyed the pool, the bikes, the spa, the lawn games, the live music. The food was great and Becky gave us incredible service. The room was spacious and tasteful. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back. I would like to see recycling bins in the room though!

Loved the whole experience. Great, friendly staff, nice rooms, great pool. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

We had great stays here, 2 years in a row: great staff, lots of room, good breakfast, many dining options. Looking forward to return.

Really clean and charming

They have the most comfortable and Beautifullest room that I’ve seen ever. The service was impeccable.

good breakfast only downside item was that the room probably should have had table lamps or a light on both sides of the bed instead there was one on only one side

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home, hosts were lovely and breakfast was delicious

Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly service, clean room, good breakfast.

We loved our stay at the Sinclair Inn! The home is incredibly charming, the owners were kind and the town is delightful. Add in a delicious breakfast & my children have announced they never want to stay in a regular hotel again! We HIGHLY recommend this Bed & Breakfast!

5 min drive from downtown Burlington. Very nice outside pool that was a pleasant surprise!

I needed a place to sleep during a trying time. A family member had passed away and I was totally stressed. I couldn’t even think straight. Thank You guys for proving me with the sleep I needed.

Very nice hotel,friendly staff .
