“We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!”

“We were very lucky to find this place during the exhibition period, as accommodation in the city was quite limited. The room was warm and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that made the stay even more enjoyable. Although it is a bit further from the city center, transportation was very convenient. The bus connections were easy to use and made getting around quite simple. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we truly appreciated having such a comfortable place during a busy trip.”

“It’s a converted apartment of an older building, but they did a pretty good job with what they have. The room is nice with new furnishings and a nice washroom. It is slightly inconvenient to access since there isn’t a front desk, and you have to use your phone to open 4 different door locks. This can be problematic because sometimes you might not get internet reception in certain spots, and the door access requires internet. You also have to check messages from hotel and respond before your……
