“The property has a very convenient location, very close to the Mercato Albinelli, the Cathedral and many coffee shops, restaurants, libraries. The staff are very friendly and speak fluent English. The hotel is boutique, beautiful touches great aroma in the lobby area. It feels boho style. I had a single bedroom, and even though it was very small, somehow everything I needed was there. And it was very clean too. I would stay there again.”

“Good location with nice staff. An old hotel with acceptable beds and toilet. What frustrating me most is the super weak shower water pressure (weak water pressure to the extend that the water cannot reach my face when i put the shower right in front of my face). It took me ages to finish a shower, its not fun when the weather is cold. I approached front desk for room change but it was claimed fully booked. If you have a choice, pick the lower floor rooms to ensure a good water pressure”
