"The room was wet/ humid, the bed was damp. You couldn't open the slider door. The room wasn't the cleanest and was in poor condition. Rust, mold, and fake eye lashes in the bathroom/on the sink. Im confused about the 8 out of 10. The staff was great."

We believe that we were given a regular king room We tried multiple times to explain this to the staff but they said we had a city view (all the rooms do!) Our room looked just like the pictures for a regular king room. It did not look like a deluxe king either city view."

"Was okay, feel there are much better spots to stay at. Location was great though but expected more for the price. Premium king room was extremely small. Do not get a room on the 4th floor, it is a nightmare to go to your room as the main elevator only goes to the 3rd floor than you have to walk the long hallways to go to another elevator to get to the 4th floor. Staff was friendly though "

"Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the remote said affix but I could not stream It at all"

"This hotel was clean and on the oceanfront. The room was small, the refrigerator had no controls so you couldn't make it colder. The TV only had streaming channels, no local channels so no news for a few days. The hotel wasn't bad but I don't think I would stay there again."
