“The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. ”

“The property was exactly as described and convenient for walking. The property owner was very responsive. The only downside is that the guests downstairs were very disrespectful knowing that other guests were staying in the same location. If you have children I do not recommend this location with the bar right on the corner as it can be very loud.”

“This was a great property for us and our little Italian greyhound. We all loved the fenced in outdoor space. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have Kultura right across the street. I was under the weather for a few days, and their congee was perfect. We would happily stay here again. However, we would bring our white noise machine. As is true for many renovated older houses, the sound insulation between floors could be better, but there is not much to do about that absent a……

“I was extremely pleased with my experience. The location is amazing. Close enough to King Streee to make it easily accessible, but far enough that you aren't bothered by the crowds. I want to note that there was a slight hiccup upon arrival. However, the host was deeply apologetic and worked diligently to correct the issue. I was was very pleased with the responsiveness and how the matter was resolved. I would have no hesitation staying at the property again. 5/5 Stars!”

“Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say.
