“Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. “We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“Every thing was all right, except the bathroom. It needs more hooks for hanging up bath towels. The shower room needs to have something for holding the bottles of shampoo and bath soap. ”

“Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog”

“Room was ok. Only 1 channel on the TV worked and froze half the time. Breakfast buffetbwas great with lots of options! We did a couples 90 min massage and 30 min Red Dao Herbal bath which was absolutely incredible. Both of us had probably the best massage we have ever had. Our masseuses were Huong and Chuyen. If you can book either of these two amazing ladies do it!!!! Very good prices as well.”
