"Beautiful property. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind, helpful. We received an upgrade to face the water and it was stunning! They also brought wine and chocolates for our celebration, which was great! Jazz who brought us up to our room with our bags was also very helpful in getting us oriented to the space. Each person we met was very kind and courteous. We had booked the room for 2 people but upon check in noticed just 1 robe, hand towel, and face cloth so we requested another set which was brought with a smile. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and spacious. The bathroom, large, had lots of light and mirrors. The room had lots of storage options to get organized. I would stay here again, but would have appreciated being told that daily housekeeping was available by request, otherwise only every other day. I have never encountered this before in a good quality hotel. We stayed 2 nights so when got back in the evening of our second day (one night stayed, one night left), it hadn’t been done. We did call to ask and were told it was every other day, unless requested. Maybe a sign in the room would be helpful or being told upon check in. They were very responsive when we called for clean face clothes and towels, clean cups, more coffee, etc. But still surprising especially since upon check in we were only given 1 face cloth and hand towel and 2 bath towels for two people for 2 nights/3 days. Just ask for daily housekeeping and you’ll love it!!"

"THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE STAYED IN THE BEST WESTERN AND ON CHECK- IN THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL (MISS DESIREE) . WHEN BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THE $100.00 DOLARS DEPOSIT HOLD BACK . MISS DISEREE (F/DESK ) SAID THE HOTEL WILL HOLD $100.00 DOLLARS DEPOSIT AND ON CHECK OUT SHE WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT AND ON CHECK OUT ON JUNE 3 2026 SHE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK AND SHE CHANGED HER STATEMENT SAYING THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IN 5 DAYS . I SIGHNED THE DEPOSIT PAPER AND REQUESTED FOR THE COPY AND SHE REFUSED SAYING ITS A HOTEL POLICY NOT TO GIVE THE PAPER . WE ARRIVED HALF AN HOUR EARLY AND REQUESTED IFWE COULD CHECK IN ,SHE SAID WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA $25.00 DOLLARS . I TOLD HER WE WERE ATTENDING A FUNERAL AND REQUESTED BOTH ROOMS ON THE SAME FLOOR WHEN WE COME BACK IN HALF AN HOUR BUT THE ROOMS WERE GIVEN ON DEFERENT FLOORS 3RD AND 4TH .ON THE 4TH FLOOR IT WAS VERY NOISY , OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS COULDN'T SLEEP . HOPE TO GET FULL DEPOSIT REFUND ASAP AND A WRITTEN REPLY FROM YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED . ''CUSTOMER ''"
