“The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it actually is, the continental breakfast was incredibly bare bones and the incredibly thin blanket topper with one sheet underneath had stains on it and rips, and the room itself looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 70s with a lot of stains on the wall. Very cheap motel that was more expensive than I would’ve expected to pay for such a cheap looking motel interior.”

“Very nice place in the country, but only a few minutes from downtown Monroe. Friendly host. Large refrigerator unit with assigned areas for each room. Great place if you like animals, dogs, cats (Daisy came into our room and hung out with us occasionally), chickens rabbits, ducks. Sometimes deer come by the property. “My wife, 2 bichons, and I just finished a three-night stay at the Grayson and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Well-appointed rooms, quiet relaxing setting, and gracious hospitality create a truly outstanding bed-and-breakfast experience. Mariam, our hostess, was caring and attentive throughout our stay, and served breakfast deserving a Michelin Star. In summary, staying at the Grayson is a 5-Star experience! We look forward to staying there again!”

“Lovely property within easy reach of Seattle. Host was great & really responsive. Very private, clean & relaxing spot in the tree’s. We only stayed for 1 night unfortunately which makes it pretty pricey with cleaning fee’s but thats a VRBO thing not specific to this property. Much better value for multiple days not just 1. Wish we could have stayed longer - next time!!”

“Property was in nice condition. Location was a bit remote and GPS did not work so well. Arrived early and host was annoyed but checked us in. No tour of facility nor much interaction from hosts. There are several dogs/cats onsite and a noisy toddler, which should be noted. The inn requires that you remove your shoes when entering, which makes going in/out somewhat inconvenient. I suppose they are trying to reduce tracked in dirt but I found it annoying. Everything seemed to be serve……
