“Cold showers! Got two minutes of a warm shower. No one else could take one. I called the front desk and they said that we have small hot water tanks, but you should have gotten one warm shower. WOW all THAT?!? Well, you should have a sign posted…they said We'll send someone. I said, well, that doesn't do me any good since check out is at 11 and it's 10. Also they had no body wash in their dispenser. Did not offer any accommodations for the experience.”
