"I booked an offer you posted (flight hotel). No information saying that a car us needed. San’t Antioco has no taxi service at all. Public transport is like ….. every 1:30 waiting. In addition, no sea room view, which was my main aim. So, your offers should be more detailed. First time going through your site and very disappointed. Don’t make the mistake we made - we thought we’d be doing hosts a favour by extending our stay directly through them only to discover that they charged us a higher nightly rate than Hotels.com. It’s strictly business here as not only did they argue with us about the rate, but they insisted on their price rather than graciously backing down and accepting the misunderstanding and benefits conferred...
