"The Cottage was very beautiful, clean, modern & well decorated. The hosts maintained an open line of communication prior to and during the stay when needed. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and there was a lot of cookware and hygiene supplies available for use. However, we had difficulty with the Internet connection and consistency as only a few guests were able to connect while others weren’t. Lastly, the bed mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable."

"House was nice and very well equipped. Fireplace was great and wood supply was plentiful. Hot tub was great. Cleanliness could have been better. Had dog with me and she seemed to enjoy the place as well. Highly recommend."

"Our group of friends (with kids) stayed here over NYE weekend and we LOVED it. We planned 2 days of skiing/snow-tubing at Nordic Mountain. The decor at this house is amazing and the bunk room fit all our kids very comfortably! They loved having a big sleepover with their friends! The open concept of the house is perfect for a group gathering, family games, and family meals! Highly recommend this location!"

"My husband, dog and I stayed at the Rustic View Cabin May 1-8, 2024. We absolutely loved it. The "cabin" was more a lovely, appointed home. It was quiet and peaceful. The interior was nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything a cook could want. Our city dog loved the fenced in yard (so many new country smells), and on those occasions when we left to go out to dinner, he was safe and comfortable in the indoor kennel. "My family loves this place! We stayed in the smaller house next door 3 years ago and came back because it is so peaceful. We live just an hour away so this is a perfect escape for a few days of "spring break". It is great just sitting in the hot tub and watching the birds on the river. We will hopefully come back!"

"My Mother and I booked this cute little cottage for our Mother’s Day Getaway. The cottage was everything it said it was and so much more! Kate is a wonderful host and the cottage is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever reserved in all my years traveling! So welcoming and had everything we could ever need and want, we enjoyed a fire on the patio and had the best surprise for our weekend watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky above us! Definitely a trip we will always remember."

"Cabin was on lake which had a beautiful view. It was large enough for the short time we were there. Bathrooms were nicely updated but rest of the cabin needs updates.We could not get any channels on the tv.You definitely pay for location and view."

"We rented this amazing property to spend Christmas with our family. Everyone loved it. It was the perfect place for us all to be together. The house is warm and cozy with plenty of room for family. It's located on a beautiful lake that would be amazing in the summertime. THe house was very attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and we are even considering renting it again this summer and possibly again next year for Christmas."
