The 3 nights that we stay here we're really satisfied with the service, everytime we go out then we come the the room is clean they change the towels and empty the bins you don't need to ask for service. The room is a little bit outdated but overall were happy that we stay here.

For the price you pay and it's proximity to downtown Montreal, you won't find much better if you're looking for a cheap overnight. There are some drawbacks such as thin walls and loud AC - but the room was clean, the shower was full pressure and hot. It is secluded from the road and private. The staff were friendly, incredibly helpful, and very kind! I'd stay here again.

Was an ok experience staying at R100. The staff was courtious, the room and bathroom were clean, however the shower tub was clogged. There was no dead bolt or lock on the door from inside, it was auto lock mechanism from outside only.

Stayed here two nights as mother and daughter. The staff were friendly. We requested extra pillows and there was no hesitation, reception gave me the extras on the spot. Same for the housekeeper, she gave us extra soap and towels upon request as she came by during cleaning. The room itself was fairly clean. Decoration was questionable, this place could use an upgrade but in terms of quality everything functioned and was as advertised. Nothing bad to say about our stay, we left a $10 tip for our two night stay.

Cheap cost, cheap room.

The room was dirty, the bathroom also. The curtains in the windows and shower were dirty... I did not want to close the shower curtain to take a shower so I would not touch it. I chose a room with queen size bed. The matress was queen size but the frame was a double size so the matress would bend on one side because they put the matress equal the the frame on one side... I wanted something cheap and close to La Ronde and that's what I got. The person in the front desk was kind. The room lady all she does is change the towels.

At first glance, this place doesn’t look good. However, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The guy who runs the place is very nice. If you need to be in that part of Montreal, it’s a good cheap practical option.

If what you are looking for is a bed, a pillow, a shower, an an a/c, this place is worth the cheap price they ask. Nothing fancy but we tought we had what we paid for. Place was clean, bed were comfy and surprisingly was super quiet. I would book again.

The workers were so nice and friendly, stayed for 4 nights and it honestly did its job. Would I come back, yes. I’m just assuming rates were a little high due to Formula 1 weekend which is why I stayed here. Away from the city but also 15mins. The property can definitely use some upgrades but it’s an older building.
